Careful Kiwi Driving School
Whether it's restricted or full, getting your driver licence means freedom. Based in Motueka, where she returned to from Wellington in 2013 with partner, Mike, and their two children, Sarah Bailey, owner/operator of Careful Kiwi Driving School, covers the Tasman and Nelson areas including Golden Bay and Tapawera, providing driving lessons for students of all ages.
With an excellent track record when it comes to student pass rates, Sarah has been a driving instructor since 2004, training and gaining experience in the busy and often challenging driving conditions of Wellington with long-standing Triple A Driving School who she went on to train instructors for. She is a member of New Zealand Institute of Driver Educators (NZIDE) and can teach people everything they need to know to become safe and competent road users.
Sarah offers a calm, friendly, patient environment where students can grow confidence in their driving abilities especially if they are nervous behind the wheel.
When it comes time to do their restricted or full licence test, Sarah will guide students through a route very similar to the one they'll face with their testing officer.
Also available to assist students when they are studying for a learner licence or overseas conversion and if students are from abroad or English is their second language, Sarah can help as she is a trained ESL teacher.
Both manual and automatic vehicles with dual controls are available for students use.
